[Bhimber, Azad Jammu Kashmir] – The Kashmir Freedom Movement, led by Engr Afzal Ziai, President of the organization, has written a letter to Her Excellency Dame Barbara Woodward DCMG OBE, President of the United Nations Security Council, appealing for urgent action to address the grave human rights violations taking place in the region of Kashmir.
In the letter, President Afzal Ziai highlights the longstanding issue of human rights abuses faced by the people of Kashmir. He emphasizes the urgency of the situation and calls upon the United Nations Security Council to take immediate steps to bring an end to the suffering of the Kashmiri people.
